Returns & Exchanges

At Connolly, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your purchase is not quite right, we accept returns on unworn items within 28 days of delivery. All garments must be returned in their original condition with all designer tags and packaging intact to ensure a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original luxury packaging and secure them inside the provided shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the pre-paid DHL shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
